We're a two-person web design studio based in Swansea on the eastern shore of Lake Macquarie. We build websites for small businesses in Swansea, Caves Beach, Blacksmiths, Belmont, Charlestown and nearby suburbs, as well as Newcastle and the Hunter.
Most of our clients have been quoted $8,000–$15,000 by someone in a nice office, decided it wasn't worth it, and stayed on a Facebook page for another two years. That's the gap we're here for.

The things people ask before they email us. If yours isn't here, just ask — we answer honestly, even when the answer is "you don't need us".
01How much does a website cost?
A single-page site starts at $500 and a multi-page business website starts at $1,000. Anything more custom is quoted per job. You get a fixed number before we start — it does not move afterwards.
02How long does it take?
Usually under a week. You fill in a questionnaire on day one, we come back with a working demo in a couple of days, you test it and tell us what to change, and it goes live. Bigger custom builds take longer and we tell you how long up front.
03Do I actually own the website?
Yes. The site and the domain are yours outright. There is no lock-in contract, and if you ever want to move it somewhere else we will help you do that.
04Do you handle hosting and domain names?
Every package includes domain and hosting setup plus an SSL certificate. After launch you can look after it yourself, or put it on a care plan from $45 a month and we handle updates, backups and monitoring.
05Do you only work with businesses in Lake Macquarie?
We're based in Swansea on the eastern shore of Lake Macquarie. We work with businesses in nearby areas including Caves Beach, Blacksmiths, Belmont, Charlestown, Warners Bay, Toronto and Newcastle. Because we work online, we also build for businesses anywhere in Australia.
06Will my website show up on Google?
Every site is built to be indexed properly — clean structure, fast loading, and your Google Business profile set up and linked. Nobody can honestly guarantee a number one ranking, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
07What if I do not have a logo or photos yet?
That is common and it is not a problem. We can design a wordmark and a colour system as part of a Brand + Web project, and we will direct what photos to take so the site does not end up full of stock images.
